I’m really feeling my ocd these past few days. It happens when I stay over my boyfriends house for too long then I start to become insecure and start to have my doubts. My mind races with thoughts too… anyone else experiences this In relationships? I don’t want to ruin it I’m scared to ruin it again, my ocd took over and I messed it up once. It took a while for me to get back together with him. I really don’t want to ruin it this time.

OCD definitely put a ton of strain on my relationship. I was constantly self-doubting and had awful intrusive thoughts that would never go away about how ugly I was, how my partner would prefer someone else, that I’m not enough, and thoughts of them being with other ppl that would literally leave me crying on the floor, or on the verge of throwing up all day. Pretty much everything they did my brain came up with a reason why it was proof they weren’t attracted to me or didn’t love me Anymore. Also, I have chronic migraines as well I see you have that too.
