this is probably strange, but how do I get over somebody that I'm obsessed with? at first it felt like love but now even though he doesn't respect me or even says we're together, anytime another person brings him up I get extremely jealous and I've thrown my life away for him. I've even hurt myself and had thoughts about hurting others over this scrub

Hi I have been in this situation and he sucked me dry and then left it was the best thing he did for me. It is not easy and we see the best in them but maybe slowly losing contact which is scary I know if he texts you maybe wait ten minutes to text back then fifteen start trying to hang out with other people. I am sorry this is happening but you can get through it
