Meditate with groups online over zoom. Idk I lost my fp and it was hard. Meditation is like torture but also soothing. Idk when you’re lonely lean into the meditation it’s helpful if you find an online group to be with.
For me it built strength in my mind it’s not permanent and it’s not immediate but it helps you form inner strength and resilience
