Dealing with Severe Health Anxiety

I flew for the first time today. On the plane I was constantly checking my oxygen level with an oximeter and it was showing between 92-94, it freaked me out. I asked my partner to check his and his was 92-94 too. Landed this morning. Now I have pain in my left calf and it was stupid of me but I googled and now I’m worried sick about DVT.

I have problems with anxiety too, you're not alone :) Sometimes the stress and anxiety get so bad I get ulcer pains (at least, that's what I've always thought it is - runs in the family). For me, it comes and goes but it's the worst when I least expect it. Also... this is kinda weird but I feel like it's the worst when I feel like I'm handling the stress pretty well. Anyone else have this problem?
