geez finally completed a workout afyermonths of being depressed and just noo... lol it was super hard but was a very easy workout. I am soo out of shape again. it stinks. and not being able to breathe through my nose is really hurting and making it much harder. it's like I'm sick 24/7 think I need to invest in caret cleaning again. I really kay wanna replace them all but that will be nearly impossible because of the rental. so disgusting.
