i like to find a quiet space where i can be alone and just really feel my feelings. living in the sadness and fear and stress and anxiety and just feeling all that really intensely and honestly for a little bit is really helpful. once those feelings have been felt text someone you love and express those feelings, release them into the universe and then take a few deep breaths and move on.

when i get super stressed out i play animal crossing! i never thought that a video game would be my go to, considering a lot of other games get me super riled up and stressed, but animal crossing is super peaceful. collecting little flowers and going fishing for little fishies- it’s super peaceful and the music is super calming too.
Taking care of my plants! I have....way too many in the opinion of most, but what's a few dozen really? 😅 it's really soothing to water them, repot, research about them
Baking is a great one because not only are you moving around in the kitchen and being active, you also get something yummy to eat afterwards! Spending time with pets is a good one if you have one. I also like to play non stressful video games (if you need suggestions message me).
I cope with depression by spending time alone with my dog. I’m starting counseling next week with a therapist. I’m taking Wellbutrin but need another alternative antidepressant. My marriage is causing me anxiety and depression. Are you going to counseling or taking medication?
