I was able to get medication for my nausea and spoke to my therapist and it did help but when I go to work and someone brings up of what happened , I start to feel my body tense up , I also been thinking of doing a photo shoot of what happened to me and how I’ve been feeling but I don’t know

I’ve been there! I highly recommend therapy along medication. Meds just help your stomach to stop firing out signals and eliminate that severe nervousness related nausea and vomiting. Then you can start to get over the extreme anxiety through therapy once the meds help calm down your nervous system! If you need to talk I’m here, I understand how you feel!

@Adika Ps if you want to stop nausea/ vomiting quickly I’ve been using buccastem (otc), it works almost instantly! It’s a Prochloperazine medication that also helps calm your anxiety so it kind of works for both! Aside from that I try to exercise at least an hour everyday (walking, swimming, yoga, cycling and doing breath work that has really calmed my anxiety over time) xx

You need to talk to someone and get out of that cycle. I'll be here if u need too but it sounds like like can be confusing
