I started reading a carrot after swallowing my pills and then helps me a lot because it fills like it pushed down the pills all the way 😆
I struggle with something similar. I tare 8 pills per night and when I take them, I get anxious I am gonna come on them. But if I take them one at a time, I start to feel nauseous. Also, if my stomach feels weird at all then out during that day, I get nervous that I am gonna take my pills and then feel nauseous enough after randomly to throw up. I have thrown up pills before randomly and it was the worst tasting throw up of my life..
All the time, I even get light headed and my body convinces itself I overdosed.
