Bipolar with Psychotic Symptoms: Depression during Episodes?

I tend to feel like a failure when they happen. Like I don't have a chance at getting better....I hear my body saying "here we go again" and it feels like I'm on a ride

Yes... its disheartening

I see dark and light spirits. Dark or mixed groups are upcoming depression, light is upcoming mania. Took awhile for me to connect the dots though
