Living with imaginary friends in my head

I've had voices in my head all my life. I only really realized it these past few years. People I wish I was friends with live inside my head. Like imaginary friends. But when I question reality I do really weird shit in order to befriend them in real life. I don't act smooth or normal. I do these weird bold things with bad timing. When my meds kick in, they all disappear. I used to mourn everyday over the fact that these relatives are not even real. It sucked after they would tell me to meet at locations they were never at. it gets dangerous and disheartening. I want make use of this
