i just completed an intensive inpatient program & an intensive outpatient group therapy program, and i feel that i'm still dealing with severe anxiety and depression despite receiving so much help. it's gotten to the point that my parents are becoming frustrated with me, as i'm an unemployed 22 year old living rent free in their house. does anyone have any tips on how to overcome or lessen severe depression/ anxiety to make the idea of getting a job seem less overwhelming? i cant even think about it without bursting into tears currently, and i have to figure something out within the next 2 weeks.
