    Embrace those emotions. If you acknowledge them maybe cry a little or sit in bed for a few hours and figure out why you feel that way? Usually for me it’s because I feel like I don’t have control over myself and my independence. Then recognize it’s okay to feel like that and come up with a way to change the situation so you don’t feel like that again or learn how to accept it. I hope this helps!❤️❤️❤️
