I feel really lost and beat down today. I have a lot to shoulder from my husband (who is depressed) and my friend (who seems to be going through something bigger that me?) I don’t have anyone to talk to because my two confidants are either the problem or not able to take on more emotional stress. I would just like to say “I’m having a bad and sad day” and for someone to say anything, literally anything other than “same.”
