Hi everyone I’m new to this app. I’m 33 years old and was recently diagnosed with Bipolar 1 disorder, CPTSD, ADHD, OCD, GAD, and panic disorder. Since my early teens I have struggled with addiction. I am discovering that the two normally go hand in hand. How many of you who have been addicts think you were using to self-medicate without even knowing? I truly believe that addiction is a symptom. It has changed the way I look at everything.
