I just started working at a grocery store last week and at the end of my shift I feel like I've been beat!! Please tell me this will get better. ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

Well. Moving gently really does help. Mine comes and goes. Lyrica helps. Be gentle with yourself. I used to get frustrated and wonder when it would end. Not knowing how long a flare will last was super hard for me. Now I just remind myself that flares don't last forever and when I'm feeling better, even for a short time, I really appreciate that. Feel better. ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ

Honestly I think with any change there will be an adjustment period. If you take the necessary steps to help your body adjust better you should be ok but don't over do it at first. Sadly, with fibro that adjustment could take longer than it would for a healthy person.
