I've been on "the right meds" a couple of times. The reality is that overtime our body chemistry changes, even our weight, and that can lead to the need for a med change. Just stay observant and keep checking in with your provider regularly in case it's time for a change. After all, life is change.

Been through lots and lots of meds. Found Prozac to be the miracle drug.

5, but the fifth one was a lifesaver (Luvox). Then after several years I was trying to change meds for side effect reasons, so I tried 4 more, and then went back to Luvox just on a lower dose and with the last one as an adjunct med (buspirone).
I think I've tried close to 10 before I landed on a combo that works for me. I currently take Prozac and a low dies of Hydroxozine. The Hydroxozine helps to keep my mind from getting super intrusive thoughts. And the Prozac helps my general anxiety. It's just a lot if trial and error before you can find something that works
10+ but I have found the right one, Prozac!

Haha I've definitely gone through over 5 and I've had to find the right mix. I found it for a while then my jew doctor took me off one med because I drink alcohol and that is not okay at all with that med.

I have tried a dozen different meds. It took 3 years to find what works! Prozac is amazing
20+ still haven't found the right one.š
It took me a while. I think I tried 2 or three. I was honest with my provider after things weren't working for me. Same with therapy and counseling. My first medication was making me sleep 12-18 hours a day that is far from functional for me.
I had to start and stop multiple times over the years. Of course mine was more of trial and error due home and work life influences. Finally, I started Effexor XR which seemed to help but now unfortunately it is not working, and it is hard to switch from due to withdrawals. So I guess you can say I'm still finding "the one"
