Toys!!!! (for executive dysfunction) So my partner made me watch this YouTube video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LIwukcrgPos - and I wasn't super impressed with it (I haven't put my finger on why. Maybe I just don't really like videos.) But. I did take away that I can, and should, buy toys for myself! Children's toys are, apparently, designed to help children build some of the skills that adults with ADHD (and similar neurological processing differences) lack. Which. Makes a lot of sense, actually. We are going to get Legos and parallel-play with them, and I am now so excited about this that I have overwhelmed myself and need to tell SOMEONE before I can calm down. šŸ˜† If you're reading this, congrats! You're someone! Excitement!!!

Some people find that using toys, such as fidget spinners, slime, and infinity cubes, can help with executive dysfunction and ADHD. These toys can provide a way to focus and engage the hands, making it easier to concentrate on tasks. Additionally, playing with Legos and other children's toys can help build skills that adults with ADHD may struggle with.
