Sudden Weather Changes are Making Me Extremely Sick

When I know the weather is going to change drastically the next day I try to find ways to equalize that temperature inside, a hot bath, a cold shower, ect. So that I can transition myself a little bit before I get my world rocked the next day

I have the hardest time living in New England the weather is so crazy. One day it’s 15 degrees next day it’s 45! And it rains a lot, really takes a toll on my energy level and pain. I feel your pain

Same. I'm trying to keep things that help me nearby. Massage tools, medicines, pain creams, music playlists for rough days, etc
