Hello ive been struggling with this for about 20 years now !!! I have lots of little things i do but admit the intrussive thought is overwhelming... I run ice over my skin or something bumpy but not rough enough to harm... I also draw but in an extreamly rough and scribbling manner... Its hard because everyones outlets are so different, im sorry I cant help more... But I do love the ideas of a tracker i may have to try this myself !

I have had trouble with self harm. One thing that I find that helps is finding an opposing act of self love. Just something simple and quick, like moisturizing your skin instead of picking at it.
