Debilitating Chronic Pain and Endometriosis

So recently this all started with a uti, spring of 2020, i started to develop pain in my hips and pelvis, one night i had a sharp pain and fell down the stairs out of shock, i got worse and worse, spring this year it started to link with my peroid, tens units dont even work, ive been to the er 6 times for my pain and nothing helped! x rays, tests, ct scan, quite a few ultra sounds, the only solution they came up with was endometriosis, i constantly have diarrhea on my periods and my peroids last a few extra days, i bleed heavily and can never keep up with my iron and potassium deficiency, please someone help me.🙏
