welp i was just diagnosed with generalized epilepsy…anyone have any advice?

      I have left all other social media platforms, but there are pretty amazing groups on there. Also, I don't know if you have any temporal lobe seizures, but the book "Seized", by: Eve LaPlante has the best history and information in a very readable layout. "Navigating Life with Epilepsy" is also a good starter👍

        @EliteLexy resources would be great! i have some basic safety procedures in place now, but with 0 triggers identified, it’s pretty generalized lol
