Recommendation: Ithere a little freezer in it? What I do is I have a bag of frozen broccoli and almost every dinner I put a little in a bowl, add a little bit of water for steaming, pop it in microwave, and add olive oil/parm/salt pepper garlic. And oml it's bomb. I do this with a lot of veggies. U can just add parm to it. U could also get those steamble bags if there's no bowl avaliable. And then there is a tube thing of parm at the grocery store. My advice to eating better is to give yourself time. Don't just go 100/100 on health. It's okay to go from like 20/80 to 30/70 to 50/50 to 80/20. Set realistic goals and try stuff you like out of the health world! For instance, I eat healthy-ish but you will never see me eat kale. I hate kale. But chard, oml. I love chard (it's like 3 veggies in one, spinach, celery, and beets) . Taste wise, not nutrition. So eat healthy things that you love or making recipes of bland things into spectacular things and it'll make eating better a lot easier.
