I really don't have many myself personally. However i do find listing to music helps me focus on things like writing it cleaning.

ADD makes me feel stupid, so I play crosswords, sudoku, anagrams, and more to feel smart and occupy my brain 👍

Talk it out with someone you trust if you’re sad or hurt, if you’re pissed, try to think about why someone did what they did. Also, I tend to just… not care about stuff after a good night of sleep

Breakcore and aggrotech. What sounds like chaos and screaming to someone else just matches the chaos in my brain and lets me focus on the external instead of the internal.

I put one song on repeat to force myself to focus, it is exhausting but it works pretty well lol

Video games, ones that make you use your brain. I guess if I'm thinking about my spaceships I stop thinking about everything else 🙂
