I have been struggling mentally really badly the last few years. lately it's gotta to the point where I can barely leave the house. I don't know where to go from here. I know I need help, but am afraid to ask. I've never had good lucks with doctors. has anyone done online therapy, how do I make the first step to getting better?

First step is the hardest, I would try better help or an actual in person therapist. The days may seem dark and gloomy, but you'll be blossoming in the sunshine soon, trust me. Stay strong❤
