I’ve been having a hard time sleeping at night because I have so much anxiety about oversleeping and missing work. It’s a work from home job, but I still have anxiety about oversleeping. I sent several alarms but by the time I can get any sleep, the sun has risen and that adds even more stress and anxiety on me. Any advice or help?

      I have the same problem as well, I used to take melatonin or Benadryl to sleep at like 6-8pm so I could wake up by 6am lol, with my current job I wake up at 7:30 and set a ton of alarms still but I try to wind down for bed at around 8pm and read a book and drink tea and make sure I am prepared for the next day and usually I can get enough sleep and hopefully fall asleep before midnight but waking up is literally the hardest thing for me and so I definitely understand that! There’s some tricks like breathing exercises or tensing up each part of your body at a time and then releasing, sometimes helps for me. You could consider doing a sleep study or try medication if the insomnia gets too ínstense ❤️

      For me, if I have to wake up for something important, I’ll take my melatonin/anxiety meds earlier than I would normally. I totally relate to this, because I don’t attempt sleep usually until I’m DEAD tired because I know it won’t happen. If all else fails, I just tell myself “welp even if you don’t sleep, get the shit done even if you’re tired, and you can sleep after.” Not sure what your schedule is like, but a nightly routine also helps to calm down the body & mind before attempting. Wishing you luck 👍

      How long have you been taking traz? I take it and have for years now and have never had a problem waking up. I suppose it would matter what your dose is.

        @Nina716 I take it as needed and it’s 100mg
