Any tips on how to relieve some back pain/spasms at night? It gets so much worse at night making it hard to sleep

I started by taking the usual stuff (Advil, ibuprofen, etc) and they weren’t too helpful. I moved to Enbrel to help with the inflammatory and i take opioids (i try to take as little as possible) when my back it too helpful and nothing helps
