      I listen to Christian music. Honestly it helps me knowing that there is someone up above ❤️ There are so many great Christian bands! My favorites are Carrollton, We the Kingdom, Skillet

      when I’m depressed I always want to listen to Hurt, Evans Blue, and RED. It makes me sad but in other ways than the depression. Then use other music to heal my way back up

      Whenever I feel depressed I play a lot of songs from Shinedown, Papa Roach, and Matchbox Twenty :') when I'm angry I play Falling in Reverse 😂

      “Harmony Hall” by Vampire Weekend is my latest go to, with the refrain “I dont wanna live like this, but I dont wanna die” just really resonates with me when I’m depressed. If I’m “angry-depressed”, then its “I Said Hi” by Amy Shark, as she complains about others not understanding how much she is struggling.

      I really love “folk” music, my favorite band being “The Civil Wars”. It’s not for everybody - my husband says it’s depressing - but it relaxes me and makes me feel better when I’m upset.

      Does music help? I haven't listened to any in like 20-25 years. Obviously I'll hear it in stores and occasionally from other people's cars. I just usually choose silence over noise. When do you have time to listen to music? Rather, how often?

      So when I feel down I try not to listen to music that forces me to cheer up, y'know? On the contrary, i listen to artists i feel are going through or have gone through the pain i feel. Idk if it's a good habit, considering I seem to feel some comfort in the pain. The music might seem really depressing to most

          @TiffLiLiLu really? that's awesome! they are amazing for bringing real feelings out. and when I'm overly depressed and u listen to one of their songs about depressed or sad stuff, for whatever reason it helps tremendously. I truly belive that music can really heal you. I could recommend a certain song depending on how you are feeling if you'd like. just let me know ❤️

          @TiffLiLiLu off the top of my head, one of my favorites for when I'm in a desperate/hopeless place is "s.o.s." by We the Kingdom. They're also my favorite Christian band right now. When I get a chance, I will see what else I can come up with 😊
