dealing with flashbacks in the middle of conversations or in public is really scary. how do you guys deal with it and communicate whats going on with the person/people youre talking to?? for me i kind of black out and get stuck in my thoughts so im not able to talk or move or listen or see anything so its hard for me to tell someone or move to a more private environment when i have a very short time to do so.

@Noma like idk if anybody else is like this but for me if someone is talking to me or panicking about it things become more vivid and i physically feel sick. its like sensory overload on a whole other level. it might just relate to the trauma or something idk but its awful

I just let it happen as long as I'm not standing somewhere dangerous.
