how do you actually exercise? I'm still in the process of getting a diagnosis of where the dysfunction is. I can hardly move.
stationary bike with low/no resistance setting…exercises sitting or laying down. Start small with your goals, as long as you’re moving.
Well I was diagnosed 15 years ago lol. I'm 27 now. I am very tired most days but I do things like yoga, walking, and ballet! Sometimes Zumba.
I got diagnosed with fibromyalgia in January and was scared to excercise at first. However, I started with senior workout videos on YouTube and gained confidence in my body again.
