I feel like ocd is me. Its always a part of me. I have to be friends with it. Hard to explain.

    @SunInAugust I think so, I know that I enjoy certain things, I know what my values are to an extent. Sometimes it’s hard to differentiate between Me , the OCD , and the things put on me by others.
