I'm trying to figure out where I got in a new relationship after divorcing. no one prepared me for the difficulties. I feel like I'm getting lost in the process. I'm losing myself. I can't eat. I'm falling asleep at work. I'm exhausted and body hurts so much. I can't sleep and lay night I had an anxiety attack to the point I was vomiting all night. Unfortunately I couldn't get anything up because I'm not eating. what do I tweak to improve myself? what am I missing???

      I have been through a divorce too. I'm sorry I know the hurt your feeling. The church by my house had a divorce care group. Google divorce care and see if that is something that might interest you. It helped me a bit. It is nice to have a group of people that are going through the same thing as you to talk to. Surround yourself with positive people who can help you get your mind off of it. I was with my ex half my life so I needed to be around people so I didn't go completely off the deep end. My divorce killed me and made me stronger too. I hope things get better for you šŸ’•
