Well not trying to be rude but how would you know? All the symptoms I've been having

I don't think your dying but I'm still trying to get into the gastrointestinal dr to figure out what's causing mine the only thing that helps my nausea is Zofran but I hate what the instant release ones does to my bowels but the normal tablets don't do that... have you gotten in with a gastrologist yet?
