Help! Major insomnia every single night! I have Lupus and Fibromyalgia. I’m on a cocktail of meds for it and they are supposed to make me sleepy but none do the job. Nothing does the job actually. Not even Xanax or Klonipin. Tried Melatonin, hot baths, and muscle relaxers. My brain just won’t shut down. Does anyone else with lupus have this same problem???? It affects me during the day and my job. Plus it affects my lupus symptoms too. It’s a vicious cycle that never ends. 😢😢😢
