I have compression socks too and I try to wear them for at least half a day because I totally relate they are pretty tight & can interfere with circulation. I know it’s so so so hard to manage symptoms and we do not have it easy treatment wise. When you lay down, try to elevate your leg and feet on a wall.

Try to stay cool, heat makes it worse. Are you wearing the right size compression socks? You might want to try a larger size if they are cutting off your circulation. I wear compression socks every day and I’ve only noticed my circulation not working if they are too tight.
