I have been feeling like crap for the past almost year and no doctor can figure out why. I don't know what to do anymore, I'm sick of feeling like this.

      @Knock I'm just tired of no one having answers for me. A diagnosis, treatment plan anything..I have an invisible disease and feels like no one can or will help me.

      I relate to you but having pots doesn’t mean it’s over we can recover I have had months with pots and then I didn’t for others usually when I’m not stressed and I’m eating well when I’m stressed pots messes me up but you’re not alone
