Anxiety is taking over my day

Yes it sucks!!

My anxiety is really high too I have to go to the heart doctor again because my heart keeps beating real fast and having sharp pains

Just a lot dealing with some things at home. So upset and angry at the moment is making my anxiety horribly bad right now. The other day my blood pressure was 140/109! My blood pressure only gets that high if my anxiety is way high!

Grab a fidget toy, focus on it for distraction, and breath. It will be okay.

I always worry about that

I think it’s thinking about what I need to do before Christmas and getting my bills paid
