It was really hard. It made me feel a lot of rejection and anger at first. But I’m glad it happened. My new therapist feels like an even better fit for me now.

I've found it hard to deal with. Then hoping the next one you see is just as good for you. Don't be discouraged if you go through a few more to find the right one.
