Ways to increase Adderall effectiveness?

Making sure I eat regularly with snacks in between and taking my medication a little later in the day if I don’t need it earlier

I'm prescribed 30mg 3x daily. I think it may just be that I let it wear off before I take my next dose. But I also feel like i should be able to focus quite a bit more than I do, especially being on such a high dose.

I do 30mg in the am and 20mg around 1-2pm. I can tell immediately when it stops being effective. I get about 6 hours from morning dose. My doc said Wellbutrin would help me with depression and adhd but I didn’t notice a difference in either after taking 200mg twice a day with adderall. I still take (why I don’t know) but maybe it’s something you could ask to try? Hope this helps, good luck.
