I use it for my bpd, it really has helped with my extreme emotions, and anxiety. The only complaint I have about it, is that the med is awful. If u end up having the same issue, I recommend crushing it up and putting it in those empty pill capsules

lamictal is ok, it doesn’t have a ton of benefits. but i still take it. although when i first took a higher dose i would fall asleep constantly. that was my biggest side affect unfortunately. and it was during zoom school and i would just fall asleep during class. now i’m on a lower dose and i don’t have that issue, but i’m not sure how much it helps w my anxiety…

Hydroxizine is a non habit forming drug (an antihistamine) that they start everyone on. I had success with lamectil for awhile but eventually it stopped working for me. I have a medical marijuana card and find smoking helps. I also use klonopin as needed

I'm currently on both as well as Lexapro and I really don't know. Klonopin worked well for my anxiety and then i had lost my insurance and when I came back they refused to let me get back on it. I know the Lexapro helps, I had the hydroxyzine added then and I don't think it really helped and then they added the lamictal and I don't notice any difference. Medical marijuana has helped more than any pill for me personally.
