Looking for feedback on Lamictal for anxiety and derealization

i used lamictal for my epilepsy and it has changed my life. as long as i take it as prescribed i don’t have any more episodes. though i do feel the side effects more than most i think

I have been on Lamictal for several years not only for anxiety but for my seizure disorder too. It seems to really help me n I hope it helps you

I'm currently on both as well as Lexapro and I really don't know. Klonopin worked well for my anxiety and then i had lost my insurance and when I came back they refused to let me get back on it. I know the Lexapro helps, I had the hydroxyzine added then and I don't think it really helped and then they added the lamictal and I don't notice any difference. Medical marijuana has helped more than any pill for me personally.

lamictal is ok, it doesn’t have a ton of benefits. but i still take it. although when i first took a higher dose i would fall asleep constantly. that was my biggest side affect unfortunately. and it was during zoom school and i would just fall asleep during class. now i’m on a lower dose and i don’t have that issue, but i’m not sure how much it helps w my anxiety…
