    From a Asian medicine perspective, energy is heavier in general at night. Therefore, any malady in our minds or bodies is more intensely felt. Usually due to some deficiency in the body. I started taking L-theanine and Omega-3,6,7,9 recently. My mind has more able to refocus and calm down, especially when I talk to myself out loud during heightened anxiety. Still bad sometimes but way less than before I started the supplements.
