Need advice on managing my health conditions

amnesia is definitely a difficulty, there's a chance that a different alter remembers what might be missing. writing down your day to day feelings and experiences, like in a diary, helps us keep our memories in line. and yes time will pass you by before you even realize it, but you'll always physically be in the present moment even if it doesn't feel like that most of the time. it takes a while to get used to the fact of amnesia, but ask around and see who may have been fronting to see if they know what happened at the time. yall are v valid 💜

Mainly amnesia and just living with it in general were having a hard time with time and stuff and just feel like time goes by so fast
