make sure you eat, drink, and sleep enough. It helps to reduce your anxiety level. I suggest to spend extra time asking why and where your anxious feeling coming from. If there’s something you’re unsure about your partner, perhaps ask him instead of holding it in. ☺️

If you're really committed to him and he's committed to you, than seeing a therapist might be a good idea. If either or both of you don't feel committed, than I would try seeing other people. Worst case scenario you realize you made a mistake and you get back together. You're young, there's so many people you've yet to meet. I was in a similar position when I was 18 with my girlfriend at the tims, then I met my current partner and fell head over heels for them. I realized that the spark had died with my girlfriend and it was time for us to split. I was really sad, but it was the right thing to do. Whatever you decide, do what feels right to you, regardless of if it makes either one of you sad. Trust your gut, it's usually right. Good luck ❤️
