Struggling with Bipolar Today

Same, I've been manic for a month and spent $4,000 and I can't stop, I just spent another $50 this morning

So sorry about that. It is one unfortunate effect of bipolar disorder. My sister actually spent over $100 before she could finally get it under control. I hide my money and debit card with my son to avoid impulse buying. I have my dog to keep me to a schedule and out of too much trouble. Hope you find what can work for you.
