I think I have POTS and possibly MS, but I have no health insurance, so I feel like I'll never get answers.

have you done the "poor man's pots test"? it consists of laying down for 10 minutes, checking your heart rate, then standing for 10 minutes and checking your heart rate. if there's more than I think a 20 beat difference there's a likelihood of pots or at least tachycardia

  @Beeble yep! Mine is always between 30 and 35 bpm faster. And I feel like a dropping sensation when I stand and like I need to sit back down, almost like I'm going to pass out. It started like 2 years ago. 😭
