To hypermoible people out there, have you had severe pain cutting steak and eating it? I found out this isn’t normal recently. I was wondering about finger and wrist braces or supports to get to help me with things like that. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I’ve had like basic hand splint type things for my hands. My hand and fingers get really bloody sore doing anything. Something simple like Holding a plate is really hard for me. So have a little look online and see if there is anything suitable for you as they can make a difference. X

For wrists, I like KT tape, you can pull and tighten it to your liking, while still maintaining flexibility that you don’t get with a lot of braces & splints. For fingers, look into swan rings.
