Anxiety and Eating: Struggling to Eat in Front of Others

I used to deal with this. It's better now. Part of it was being generally distrusting of people, so I've noticed that if I trust the people I'm eating with, it's not a problem.

Yes!!! I used to deal with it way worse to the point where I would barely eat at all when I was in front of ppl and I don’t think anyone noticed how I didn’t put anything in my mouth. but I still deal with it but not as bad as not eating at all it’s just I’m very self conscious abt it
