im struggling with loss of appetite. how do yall make yourself eat? I don't want to take the time to cook (even microwave stuff) because I inevitably know I will not eat it and I don't want to waste the energy. snacking hasn't worked for me either :( I have fainted once, nearly (maybe did??) fainted like 3 other times, and I have been dealing with dizziness

      Everything Aries 02 has said! I personally abhor protein powder, so I juice a lot of make whole fruit smoothies. Easy, tastes decent, nutritious a.f. also, if you don't already have a workout regimen, walking a mile or two a couple hours before bed will help with the restlessness if you take your meds late in the day

          @PuddingStone no it’s just a drink powder. you can get them at walmart or probably any other store

      also with adhd meds i’d recommend taking a magnesium supplement it’s been a life saver

        @aries02 thank you so much 🙏 Do you have any protein shake recommendations? I tried ensure and it's so nasty lol I can get half a bottle down before the flavor is too horrific

          @PuddingStone muscle milk or premiere protein are usually my go to

      it’s a lot easier to drink your calories than it is to eat them! my go to is protein shakes or smoothies because you can get it some good nutrients + you can get them prepackaged. If your appetite is especially low you can just sip it slowly or just psych yourself up and chug it
