Feeling Trapped: Dealing with Social Anxiety

I get anxious going anywhere either. I have “friends” but not really because I don’t go anywhere. They have ALL stopped inviting me anywhere cause they know I just won’t go.

It makes me so sick knowing I have to go out. Doctors,shopping. Makes me so depressed I don't have friends, or I can't visit my family. I think have of them get it and others well. One Sec, one hr, one day, push yourself. I try myself so don't think I'm just saying instead of doing. You can and will do this, YOUR STRONG ENOUGH!
