Standing for Long Shifts: Any Tips?

Does anyone have issues with standing during long shifts? What can I do to help that? I've done Epsom salt foot baths, nice shoes, and conpression socks. Nothing seems to help.

      I got a medical exemption saying that I can't stand more than half of my shift. I could hardly move from the pain at the end of the day so my doctor quickly wrote it up

      the only thing that's really helped me has been exercise and practicing good posture, but unfortunately it takes a lot of time and it's still not really comfortable.
