The Connection Between Skin Picking and Being a Highly Sensitive Person

Picking is definitely stress related to me. I discovered that I am a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) and I strongly believe that HSP contributed to my anxiety, depression, addiction, fibromyalgia and other conditions. HSP's think and process things at a deeper level. We have a higher sensitivity to things like noises. We are 20 percent of the population. Look into it if you are a picker. it is my belief that a majority of pickers are HSP's. If you always felt different than everyone else or if you always felt as though something was "wrong" with you. please look into HSP. It can be a game changer at approaching life.
